Dave Hobbs is the senior technical trainer and course developer for Delphi Technologies aftermarket division of BorgWarner. His experience in the independent automotive service world started over 45 years ago as a technician and service manager at his family’s auto electric business in Kokomo Indiana.

Dave’s OEM background includes roles as a technical hotline advisor, field engineer and electronics systems instructor for engineers at GM Delco Electronics and Delphi Technologies / BorgWarner. An ASE certified master technician with L1 and L3 advanced specialist certifications, Dave has also served as an adjunct instructor for Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana for over 20 years.
