About Jeff Zide:

During Jeff's high school years, he could always be found in the Automotive Shop. After High School he attended Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in Boston and earned an Associate of Science (AS) in Automotive Technology.

He went to work at Clark & White Lincoln Mercury in Boston where I earned ASE Master Automotive Technician certifications.

During his 12 years at Clark & White, he earned Top Ford Technician in the country status in Ford's CTP (Certified Training Program).

Jeff opened his own independent shop, eventually returning to the Ford Dealership after 6 years.

One of his repeat customers, A Technical Forman at GTE Government Systems convinced him to come work for him computerizing and automating the Printed Circuit Assembly department.

While at GTE he took night classes earning a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.

During this time, he built and raced hot rods and campaigned a D-Gas Chrysler Hemi running the quarter mule in 9.46 seconds at 146 mph.

He went on after 11 years at GTE to Digital/Compaq/Hewlett Packard traveling the world specializing in High Performance Data Systems.

Then, a little over 4 years ago, he answered an ad for Automotive Test Solutions merging my two passions.
